What Is Covered

• Full refund of the initial subscription fee within the first 30 days.
• Trial period payments are refundable if you cancel before the trial ends.

What Is Not Covered

• Refunds after the 30-day guarantee period.
• Add-on purchases (e.g., fitness add-ons) made after the initial 30-day period.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Billing Center in your personal account on the website or in the xMen Kegel app. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no partial refunds will be given for the remainder of the current billing period unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window.
